| 摘 要： | 目的 :对上海市医院用药情况作出客观评估。方法 :调查上海市47家医院2000年～2002年药品销售总金额、数量及临床应用情况。结果 :3年来用药总金额增长趋缓 ,在销售金额排序前10位药品中抗生素仍名列前茅 ;国产、合资、进口药品销售额比例变化不大 ;与国际药品市场用药品种差距缩小 ,但结构差异较大。结论 :医院应注意药品市场动态 ,强化合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyse the situation of the drugs used in hospitals of Shanghai and to make objective evaluaˉtion.METHODS:To make a survey of the use of drugs in47hospitals of Shanghai in period2000～2002in respect to the sum of money of sales,main kinds,amount and clinical use of the drugs.RESULTS:The trend of total consumption increased in the past three years,however,the increasing rate declined.The antibiotics occupied the front10places in sequence of the sum of money of sales.The changes in proportion of domestic,joint venture made and imported drugs were not obvious.The gap in kinds of drug consumption was narrowed between domestic and world market,however,the difference in structure was still large.CONCLUSION:Hospital should pay attention to general trend of market of drugs and intensify rational use of drugs. |
