| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内皮素(ET-1)水平对老年脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法采用RIA法测定老年脑梗死患者血浆中ET-1的含量,利用EpiInfo2002统计软件进行统计学分析。结果血浆中ET-1水平≤60pg/ml的老年脑梗死患者的治愈率为57.1%,明显高于ET-1水平高于60pg/ml的患者(P<0.01)。结论ET-1可能参与脑梗死的形成并影响其预后,其水平可作为判断预后的主要指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of plasma ET-1 levels on the prognosis of senile patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Radioimmunological assay was used to determine ET-1 level, and all data was statistically analyzed by Epi Info 2002 software.Results The cure rate of the first group, in which plasma ET-1 was ≤60pg/ml, was 57.1%, whereas the cure rate of the second group, in which plasma ET-1 was >60pg/ml was 25.0%(P<0.01).Conclusion Plasma ET-1 would involve senile cerebral infarction and its prognosis, depending on the ET-1 levels. A higher plasma ET-1 level increase the possibility of unfavorable prognosis, thus its level can be taken as a main index for evaluating prognosis.. |
