| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肛门镜下吻合器环形痔切除术的临床应用价值。方法：采用特制的环行吻合器对10例有较严重的便后滴血或痔核脱垂的内痔进行手术。结果：手术时间8－15min，术后2－3d出院。术后发生吻合口出血1例，尿潴留1例，肛门部疼痛4例。术后所有的病人痔核回缩，缩小。结论：经肛门镜下吻合器环形痔切除术是一项新技术，具有安全、有效，能达到根治痔疮的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of application of stapled prolapsectomy(PPH)to treat hemorrhoids.Methods: Hemorrhoidectomy was performed using a special circular stapler in 10 patients with severe hemorrhoid including bloody feces and prolapsehemorrhoid.Results The mean operating time was 8 15 min and all patients were dischanged from hospital 2 3days postoperation.The prolapsed hemorrhoid disappeared or dwindled postoperatively.The main complications included 1 case of anastomosis bleeding,1 case of urine retention and 4 cased of anal pain.Conclusion Trans anal hemorrhoidectomy with stapler is a safe,effective new technology. |
