摘    要:目的 本研究通过观察电针、功能锻练治疗上肢周围神经不完全损伤的疗效,探讨治疗周围神经损伤的最佳方案.方法 将60例患者按神经损伤程度与就诊顺序随机分为两组,观察两种治疗方法对运动、感觉功能、实用功能、肌电图、神经传导速度的改善.结果 电针组提高神经传导速度,改善肌电图优于功能锻练组,功能锻练组改善患肢的运动感觉功能及实用功能则优于电针组.结论 电针加快神经生长的修复速度,而功能锻练能促进失神经支配肌肉功能的恢复,二者相结合缩短神经肌肉恢复的时间,提高患者的生活质量.

Abstract:Objective Though observing clinically its influences on motion rating, sense rating, EMG, nerve conduction velocity and comparing with those treated only by acupuncture or function training, this study aims to evaluate clinical therapeutic effects and investigate its mechanisms by combination of acupuncture with function training. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe their therapeutic effects of motion rating, sense rating, EMG. , nerve conduction velocity. Results The clinical result shows the treatment group can be obviously improve in motion rating, sense rating and nerve conduction velocity as well as clinical symptoms and EMG. The clinical effects in the treatment group is higher than those in the two control groups. Conclusion The nerve conduction velocity improved faster treated by combination of acupuncture with function training than those treated only by acupuncture or function training, muscles of losing the nerve domination increase their power gradually, the patients feel their life will be happy.
