| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨直肠癌Miles手术中选择经腹膜外隧道式平坦型造口术的肠造口方法,以减少结肠造口术后并发症,提高患者术后生活质量.方法 对行直肠癌造口术治疗的56例,在Miles术中采用经腹膜外隧道式、平坦型造口术观察术后情况排便恢复,观察术后排便等恢复情况.结果 56例患者中45例经过3～21个月随访,39例患者在术后3周内,大便成形并规律排便,其余6例在4～8周内规律排便.结论 经腹膜外隧道式平坦型造口术,可减少结肠造口术后并发症,提高患者术后生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the methods of extraperitoneal tunnel-type and flat-type ostomy for rectal cancer.Methods 56 cases of rectal cancer performed extraperitoneal tunnel-type and flat-type ostomy were analyzed.Results The post-operative complications were declined and the life qualities of patients were improved.Conclusions Extraperitoneal tunnel-type and flat-type rectal cancer ostomy may reduce the post-operative complications and improve the quality of life of patients. |
