| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重建钢板内固定治疗明显移位的髋臼骨折的疗效。方法采用重建钢板内固定治疗明显移位的髋臼骨折8例。结果8例患者均得到8个月至3年的随访，优4例，良3例，可1例，优良率为87．5％。结论重建钢板内固定治疗明显移位的髋臼骨折能取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the efficacy of internal fixation with reconstruction plate for displaced acetabular fracture. Methods 8 cases of displaced acetabular fracture were received internal fixation with reconstruction plate. Results 8 cases were followed up by 8 months to 3 years. 4 of excellent, 3 of good and 1 had effect. The excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusions The treatment of displaced acetabular fracture by internal fixation with reconstruction plate can achieve good effect. |
