某市临床医师生活质量及其影响因素研究

目的 了解某市临床医师的生活质量状况及影响因素。方法 采用分层抽样方法，应用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-100)和生活事件量表(LES)对某市8家医院334名临床医师和66名医院管理人员进行问卷调查。结果 临床医师在心理、独立性领域得分高于医院管理人员；生活事件对临床医师的生活质量有影响；经多元逐步回归分析得出影响临床医师生活质量的因素有：生活质量自评分、住房满意度、健康状况、经济满意度、生活事件总分、工作满意度，其中生活事件总分与总的生存质量及健康状况呈负相关。结论 临床医师的生活质量高于医院管理人员；临床医师的生活质量受多因素的影响。

A Study on the Present Situation and Related Factors of Quality of Life of the Physicians

Objective To explore the quality of life of the physicians and its affecting factors. Methods Through stratified sampling,334 physicians and 66 supervisors from 8 different hospitals in Chenzhou were investigated by WHOQOL-100 scale and Life Event Scale(LES). Results The quality of life of the physicians was higher than that of the supervisors in psychological and independent domain. The quality of life of the physicians was also influenced by life events.Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed that the major factors affecting quality of life were self-reported score of quality of life, housing satisfaction, health status,economic satisfaction, total score of life events, working satisfaction. The total score of life events were negatively related to the quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life of the physicians was better than that of the supervisors. The quality of life of the physicians was affected by many factors.
