激素性骨坏死的中医分型与血脂血凝异常相关性的研究

目的：探讨激素性骨坏死中医辨证分型与脂肪代谢异常以及凝血纤溶系统病变之间的内在联系。方法：对127例激素性骨坏死患者辨证分型后，与血脂检测、血凝检测以及血液流变学检测结果相对照。结果：根据中医传统理论辨证血瘀气滞组患者凝血与血流变异常的患者（47／62例）与痰湿阻络组（11／65例）比较，有非常显著差异（P〈0．01）；痰湿阻络组血脂代谢紊乱的患者（51／65例）与血瘀气滞组（12／62例），有非常显著差异（P〈0．01）。提示理化检查与中医分型之间有一定的对应关系。结论：血脂检测、血凝检测以及血液流变学检测与中医辨证分型之间有一定关系，初步认为是中医辨证的客观化指标之一。对骨坏死的中医规范化治疗有理论和实际意义。

The Relative Research about the TCM Differentation and the Disorder of Lipids Hemagglutinin In Hormone

Objective:Discuss the inferior relationship among the differention of the hormone osteonecrosis,the disorder of lipids metabolism,as well as the coagulation and fibrinolysis system diseases.Methods:Compare the result of lipids,hemagglutinin and hemorheologic test one another after the differentation about 127 hormone osteonecrosis cases.Results:According to the TCM system,there is a striking disparity(P<0.01)between the patients with the diordered hemagglutinin and hemorheologic test in the group of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis(47in 62 cases)and the one with those in the group of stagnation of phlegm-wetness(11 in 65 cases).Meanwhile,there is a typical disparity(P<0.01)between the patients with the disordered lipids metabolism in the group of stagnation of phlegm-wethness(5lin 65 cases)and the ones with that in the group of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis(12 in 62 cases).The statistics spell out in some extent a corresponding relationship between the TCM differentation and the physical and biochemical test.Conclusion:There is in some extent a relationship between the differentation and the lipids,hemagglutinin and bemortheologic test which primarily are regarded as one of the objective indicatiors of TCM differentation.The statistics play a pivotal role in TCM standardized treatment of osteonecrosis theoretically and practically.
