| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肾灵Ⅰ号治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组200例慢性肾小球肾炎患者用肾灵Ⅰ号治疗,治疗效果与常规治疗(对照组)176例比较。结果:治疗组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量显著降低(P<0．01);血清白蛋白(Alb)水平显著升高(P<0．01);异常升高的血肌酐(Scr)显著下降(P<0．01);治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P< 0．01)。结论:肾灵Ⅰ号能显著降低尿蛋白,改善肾功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of shenling No. 1 in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN). Method:Two hundred patients with CGN in the treated group were treated with shenling No.1, the therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group treated with routine therapy alone. Result:In treated group, the total amount of urine protein excretion in 24-hours period and Scr decreased obviously after treatment (P<0.01), the serum Alb was increased after treatment (P<0.01). The total remission rates of the treated group were significantly superior to those of the controlled group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The patients with CGN treated with shenling No.1 can decrease protein uria and improve renal function. |
