导乐陪伴分娩联合笑气吸入镇痛130例效果观察

目的探讨导乐陪伴分娩联合笑气吸人镇痛对分娩质量的影响。方法根据自愿的原则，选择130例接受导乐陪伴分娩联合笑气吸人镇痛的产妇作为观察组，130例接受导乐陪伴分娩的产妇作为对照组，观察分娩质量，并对数据进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较，观察组镇痛效果显著，产妇的总产程及活跃期产程明显缩短，自然分娩率提高，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；而两组产妇在第二产程、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论导乐陪伴分娩联合笑气吸入镇痛能有效提高产科的分娩质量，是安全、有效的分娩镇痛方法。

Effect Observation of Doula Delivery Combining With Nitrous Oxide Aspiration Analgesia

Objective To probe the Influence of Doula delivery Combining Nitrous Oxide aspiration analgesia on quality of delivery. Methods Selection 130 cases of parturients voluntary accepting Doula delivery combining with Nitrous Oxide aspiration analgesia, comparing with 130cases of parturients only accepting Doula delivery, then observing quality of delivery and statistics analyse on data. Results The pain intensity of the study group was obvi- ously lower than that of the control group, The activety stage and total stages of the study group were significandy shorter than that of the control group, Increase the rate of delivery by vagina. There were no significantly differences in the second stages, the volume of postpartum hemorrhage and APGARS of the neonate. Conclusion Doula delivery combining with Nitrous Oxide aspiration analgesia can Increase quality of delivery, that is a safe and effective meth- od for the pain relief during labor.
