| 摘 要： | 目的观察更昔洛韦治疗成人病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法80例病毒性脑炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组静脉滴注更昔洛韦10 mg/(kg.d),每12小时1次,对照组静脉滴注阿昔洛韦15 mg/(kg.d),每8小时1次,疗程均为14~21 d。结果治疗组在发热、头痛、呕吐等临床症状缓解时间及住院时间等方面与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦治疗成人病毒性脑炎的临床疗效优于阿昔洛韦。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ganciclovir on acute viral encephalitis of grown-up.Methods Eighty cases with acute viral encephalitis were divided into treatment group with ganciclovir(n=40) and control group(n=40) with acyclovir randomly.10 mg/(kg·d) ganciclovir were given intravenously in the treatment group,and 15 mg/(kg·d) acyclovir were given intravenously in the control group.Results The clinical symptoms,such as fever,headache,vomit and the time in hospital were improved earlier in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic clinical effect of ganciclovir on acute viral encephalitis of grown-up is better than those of acyclovir. |
