降气化痰法治疗非糜烂性食管病43例临床观察

目的观察降气化痰法治疗非糜烂性食管病的临床疗效。方法将85例患者随机分为治疗组（43例，采用降气化痰中药治疗）和对照组（42例，采用吗丁啉、法莫替丁治疗），两组均于治疗8周后进行症状计分及疗效评价，观察结束后第12周末随访。结果治疗组、对照组临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组治疗后临床症状均明显改善，各症状积分明显低于治疗前（P〈O．05）；治疗组在改善症状方面与对照组无差异（P〉0．05），停药12周后复发率低于西药组（P〈0．05），治疗组观察期间未见不良反应发生。结论降气化痰法治疗非糜烂性食管病具有与西药（吗丁啉＋法莫替丁）相当的疗效。

Clinical Observation of Qi-Descending and Phlegm-Resolving Therapy for 43 Patients With Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of qi-descending and phlegm-resolving therapy for non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods Eighty-five subjects were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which forty-three cases were treated by qi-descending and phlegm-resolving therapy and control group in which 42 cases were treated with Motilin and Famotidine.The symptom scores and therapeutic effects were observed after 8-week treatments,and surveyed 12-week treatments later.Results The total effective rate was 72.1% in the treatment group and 73.8% in the control group,with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment,the clinical symptoms and symptom scores were all improved(P<0.01),with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).But the recurrence was lower in the treatment group than in the control group 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclusion Qi-descending and phlegm-resolving therapy is similar to Motilin and Famotidine in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.
