| 摘 要： | 报告1例皱褶部网状色素异常症。患者女，20岁。腋下、腹股沟、乳房下色素沉着15年，无明显自觉症状。组织病理学检查示表皮角化过度，表皮突向下延长，伸出丝状表皮嵴，乳头层上表皮变薄，黑素细胞不增加，真皮内可见噬黑素细胞。

| Abstract: | A case of reticulate pigmented anomaly of the flexures is reported.A 20-year-old female presented with a history of multiple reticulate macules involving flexural areas(axillae,groin,popliteal fossae,inframammary and hypochondriac region) for 15 years.Histopathology showed moderate hyperkeratosis and rete ridge elongation with the epidermal thinning above the papillar layer and a few melanophages in the dermis.There was no increase in the melanocyte number. |
