| 摘 要： | 目的了解儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）与幽门螺杆菌（HP）的感染情况。方法采用^13C尿素呼吸试验对正常儿童和ITP患儿进行HP检测。结果384例正常儿童中48例HP阳性，感染率12．5％，而267例ITP患儿中有60例HP阳性，感染率22．5％，ITP患儿的HP感染率显著高于正常儿童（P〈0．01）。不同类型ITP患儿中，急性ITP的HP感染率为23．1％、慢性ITP为21．2％以及难治性ITP为21．4％，比较显示不同类型的ITP患儿HP感染率差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论本临床研究中，ITP患儿的HP感染率明显高于正常儿童，HP感染与儿童ITP的发病存在着密切联系。进一步分析显示不同类型的ITP患儿HP感染率差异没有统计学意义。
