| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床效果.方法 对42例颌骨骨折行坚固内固定患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其骨折复位固定的可靠性、咬(牙合)关系的恢复、术前及术后并发症的发生等进行分析,了解坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床效果.结果 42例患者骨折复位及固定良好,咬(牙合)关系恢复正常,无严重并发症的发生.结论 坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折具有疗程短、并发症少等优点,是治疗(牙合)骨骨折的良好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To present results of treating fractures of jaws by using rigid internal fixation.Methods 42 patients treated for fractures of jaws by using mini-titanic plate within a 6-year period were retrospectively studied.Results All the 42 patients gained good results.There were no serious intraoperative complications.Conclusion Rigid internal fixation by using mini-titanic plate is a good method of treating fracture of jaws. |
