视觉诱发电位和闪光视网膜电图在眼球挫伤中的联合应用

摘    要:目的 :探讨视觉诱发电位 (VEP)和闪光视网膜电图 (F -ERG)的联合应用在眼球挫伤的表现特征和价值。方法 :91例 (91眼 )挫伤眼 ,健康对侧眼为对照 ,按照国际标准分别行VEP和F -ERG检查 ,比较分析两组间VEPP10 0 波潜伏期和振幅、F -ERGa波、b波潜伏期和振幅 ,以及挫伤眼组各项指标异常率。结果 :挫伤眼VEPP10 0波潜伏期明显延迟 (P <0 .0 1) ,振幅明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;F -ERGa波、b波振幅明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;VEP和F -ERG异常率分别为 6 3.73%和 72 .5 3% ,双项检查异常率为 5 6 .0 4 %。结论 :VEP和F -ERG联合检查是评价眼球挫伤后视功能、损伤程度和范围的客观检测方法 ,是早期诊断、指导治疗和判定疗效的有效辅助手段

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of associate application of the visual evoked potential (VEP) and flash electro-retinogram(F-ERG) in ocular contusion. Methods: 91cases ( 91 eyes) with ocular contusion were observed, with the contralateral sound eye as control, VEP and F-ERG were recorded respectively according to ISCVE standard, the latency and amplitudes of wave P 100 , the amplitudes of wave a and b,as well as the abnormality rate of single and double examinations in contusion group were analysed and compared. Result: The amplitudes of VEP wave P 100 were significantly reduced, and the latency was significantly delayed. The amplitudes of F-ERG wave a and b were significantly reduced. The abnormality rate of VEP was 63.73%, of F-ERG was 72.53%, of the double examinations was 56.04% . Conclusion: In ocular contusion,VEP associated with F-ERG is the objective examining technique for visual function ,injury degree and area,which is an effective and accessory method for early diagnosis, treatment and estimating the curative effect.
