牵引推拿治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症疗效与唾液中单胺类神经递质含量变化分析

目的：观察牵引推拿治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症疗效，分析治疗前后唾液中单胺类神经递质含量变化及其与疗效的关系。方法：运用牵引推拿手法治疗6周后评定疗效，采用荧光法技术分析治疗前后唾液中单胺类神经递质含量变化及其与疗效的关系。结果：临床痊愈36例，好转17例，无效3例，总有效率达94．7％；5－HT的含量治疗后明显下降，有非常显著意义（P＜0．05），5－HIAA，NE和DA的含量治疗后下降，有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论：牵引推拿治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症具有显著疗效，并与唾液中单胺类神经递质5－HT，NE含量有关。

Clinical study on content of unipole neuro transmittance treating central intervertebral lumbar disc herniation with reduction by traction and massage

Objective To investigate the content changing of unipole neuri transmittance before and after treatment,and the relationship between content and therapeutic effect.Methods After 6 months treatment by traction and massage,analyzing the content change of pre and post treatment,and the relationship between the content change and therapeutic effect.Results 17 cases gain ground the content of 5 HIAA,NE and DA were reduced after treatment,and which is significant in matastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion It has significant effect of central intervertebral lumbar disc herniatin with reduction by traction and massage.The clinical effect is the relation with the content of 5 HT,NE in sputum.
