| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种同时测定制剂中多组分含量的分光光度法。方法 采用系数倍率法不经分离直接测定霜剂中甲硝唑及升华硫的含量 ,测定波长为 3 15 4nm和 2 81 6nm。结果 甲硝唑的平均回收率及RSD为 10 0 2 %、0 62 % ;升华硫的平均回收率及RSD为 10 0 5%、1 0 3 %。结论 本法操作简便、快速、准确 ,适宜医院作为内控的制剂分析
