经腹壁及经直肠超声检查在前列腺疾病中的应用分析

目的：探讨经腹壁及经直肠超声检查在前列腺疾病中的实用价值。方法：2011年1月-2012年4月来本院就诊的门诊及住院患者临床疑诊为前列腺疾病共182例,先做经腹壁超声检查,再做直肠超声,比较两种超声检查结果。结果：经腹壁超声测得前列腺上下径值比经直肠测得的径值大,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;经直肠超声对前列腺结节的显示率高于经腹壁超声。结论：两种超声检查方法各有利弊。两种超声检查相结合对前列腺测值和病变显示更为准确,有助于前列腺结节、癌小病灶的发现。

The Application Analysis about Abdominal Ultrasound and Transreetal Ultrasomadls in Prostate Disease

Objective：To discuss the application value of abdominal ultrasound and trarlsreetal ultrasound in prostate disease.Method：182 patients with prostate disease were examined by abdominal and then by transreetal ultrasound.To compare the results of the two ultrasound.Result：The length of prostate measured by abdominal ultrasound was larger than that of transrectal ultrasound.Their difference was significant.The transreetal ultrasound displayed rate of prostale nodes better than that of abdominal ultrasound.Conclusion：The two ultrasound methods both have advantages and disadvantages.The display of measured values and the pathological is more accurate combined the two methods,and contribute to the discovery of prostate nodules and cancer lesions of prostate.
