鼓室注药治疗神经性耳聋

目的：探讨鼓室注药治疗神经性耳聋的临床效果。方法：随机选取本院2010年2月-2012年2月收治的神经性耳聋患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用鼓室注药治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。结果：治疗组治愈5例（16.6%）,显效8例（26.7%）,好转13例（43.3%）,无效4例（13.3%）,有效率为86.7%;对照组治愈2例（6.7%）,显效5例（16.7%）,好转12例（40.0%）,无效11例（36.7%）,有效率为63.3%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床采用鼓室注药治疗神经性耳聋效果显著,是临床神经性耳聋的理想治疗方法。

Injection Drug into Tympanic to Treat the Nervous Deafness

Objective：To investigate the tympanic drug injection in the treatment of nervous deafness clinical effect.Method：In the hospital from 2010 February to 2012 February,revenue of nerve deafness patients with 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group were treated by tympanic drug injection,and control group were treated with routine treatment.Result：In the treatment group,5 cases（16.6%） cured,8 cases（26.7%） improved,13 cases（43.3%） were marked effect,and 4 cases（13.3%） invalid.The efficiency rate of control group was 86.7%.In control group,2 cases（6.67%） cured,5 cases（16.7%） improved,12 cases（40.0%） were marked effect,and 11 cases（36.7%） invalid.The effective rate of control group was 63.3%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion：Clinical use of tympanic drug injection in the treatment of nervous deafness and the effect is very significant,so clinical nerve deafness is the ideal treatment method.
