DR乳腺摄影的应用体会

目的：探讨DR乳腺摄影的规范化操作,以提高DR乳腺图像质量。方法：总结500例患者DR乳腺摄影的常规体位（CC位和MLO位）,并对部分影像质量不满意的图像进行分析,找出原因,提出规范化的操作方法和技巧。结果：500例中,495例压迫适中,图像清晰,485例摆位准确,全部乳腺组织清晰显示,乳头呈切线位,斜位胸大肌清晰显示。总合格率97%（495/500）。结论：正确的摆位和适当的压迫是提高乳腺摄影质量的关键。

Application Experience of DR Mammography

Objective：To explore the standardized operation of the DR mammography,in order to improve the image quality.Method：To summary the mammography technique of 500 cases with routine posture（CC position and MLO position） and analysis the images which were not satisfied,find out the reasons and give the standardized operation methods and skill.Result：There were 500 cases in all.495 cases with moderate oppression,image was clear.485 cases with correct posture,display all the breast tissue clearly including with tangential view of nipple,greater pectoral muscle in MLO position.The total acceptance rate was 97%（485/500）.Conclusion：The correct position and appropriate oppression is the key to improve the image quality of mammography.
