摘    要:我国高等医学教育正面临着新的挑战,以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL教学模式)在我国正处于起步阶段,笔者通过1例内分泌性高血压病例的诊治过程,组织学生开展以问题为基础的教学。结果显示,PBL教学能有效地调动学生学习的主观能动性,提高学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,有利于培养学生的临床思维能力,是一种值得推广的教学方法。

Application of the Teaching Method of Problem-based Leaning in Clinical Medicine Education

Abstract:Higher medical education is facing new challenges.Problem-based learning(PBL) is in its infancy in China.Through the diagnosis and treatment of one cases of endocrine hypertension,the auther organized students to problem-based learning.In the problem based learning method the students' active learning ability was significantly enhanced.The PBL education model could also enhance students to discover and solve problems,it helps students to develop clinical thinking method.So PBL is a new education model that should be promoted.
