| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者的抢救和护理措施。方法：对36例急性有机磷农药中毒患者积极彻底洗胃,合理有效地应用解毒剂和复能剂,同时对病情进行密切观察并做好生活及心理护理。结果：36例患者中抢救成功34例。成功率94.4%,死亡率5.6%。结论：系统的内科治疗可提高急性有机磷农药中毒患者的治愈率,降低死亡率及并发症发生率,严密观察病情及精心的护理也是抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the rescue and nursing measures of the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method：36 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were gastric lavage thoroughly,rationally and effectively apply the antidote and complex,while close observation of the disease and make life and psychological nursing.Result：34 cases were successfully rescue in 36 patients,The success rate was 94.4%,The Mortality rate was 5.6%.Conclusion：System of medical treatment can improve the cure rate of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and reduce mortality and incidence of complications,Close observation and careful nursing is the key to successful rescue. |
