| 摘 要： | MR具有多序列、多方位、多参数成像优势，且无辐射。MRI引导下介入手术可清晰显示病灶及其与周围组织、结构的毗邻关系，已用于颅脑、脊髓及软组织等病变，有效性及安全性均较好，但目前针对围手术期护理管理尚无标准化指南和专家共识。为提升MRI引导下介入手术围手术期护理管理水平，特召集相关领域专家讨论制订本共识。

| Abstract: | MR has the advantages of multi-sequences, multi-directions and multi-parameters imaging without radiation. MRI guidance can clearly display the lesions and relationships with the adjacent tissue and structures during interventional procedures, having been applied for brain, spinal cord and soft tissue lesions with good effectiveness and safety. However, up till now, no standardized guideline or expert consensus has been proposed for perioperative nursing management of MRI-guided interventional procedures. In order to improve perioperative nursing management of MRI-guided interventional procedures, experts in related fields were convened to discuss and formulate this consensus. |
