Abstract: | There are many imaging modalities used in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma, the most common cancer of the kidney, which accounts for approximately 2–3% of adult malignancies. Early detection of this tumor with the correct diagnostic approach using various cross-sectional imaging is very important, as are the clinical and laboratory findings. Familiarity with the spectrum of imaging findings of renal cell carcinoma will enable clinicians to consider appropriate treatment for patients and eliminate unnecessary further imaging studies. |
