国产异氟醚在静吸复合全麻中的临床药效学观察

目的 观察国产异氟醚与进口异氟醚麻醉强度的差异及其他药理作用。方法 选择50例择期全麻手术病人,随机分为实验组(国产异氟醚组)和对照组(进口异氟醚组),比较两组病人意识消失、0.5 MAC,1.0 MAC及切皮时BIS,SEF,HRV及循环指标的变化。结果 随着异氟醚吸人浓度的加深,两组各浓度值所对应的BIS,SEF及HRV均明显降低(P<0.05),平均动脉压及心率亦逐渐下降,但与基础值相比基本保持稳定;各时点所对应值组间比较未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 国产异氟醚与进口异氟醚相比,在达到相同MAC时对心血管的抑制性效应和对大脑皮层的抑制程度相近。

Clinical pharmacodynamic study of Chinese-built isoflurane in intravenous general anesthesia combined with inhalation

Objective The study was designed to evaluate the differences between anesthetic intensity of isoflurane made in China and the imported one. Methods Fifty patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (China-made isoflurane group) and control group (imported isoflurane group). The hemo-dynamic changes, BIS,SEF and HRV were measured at different stages: unconsciousness, 0. 5 MAC, 1. 0 MAC and incision. Results As the concentration of the drug increased, BIS,SEF and HRV were decreased significantly in the two groups(.P<0. 05). HR and MAP were gradually decreased, but remained stable. All parameters in the two group were not significant altered compared with the basal values of the corresponding parameters(P>0. 05). Conclusions The two types of isoflurane were identical to each other in MAC and in inhibitory effects on cardiovascular system and on cerebral cortex.
