| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨狼疮带试验（LBT）在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断中的意义。方法：回顾分析32例LBT活检结果。结果：LBT在SLE中敏感性为78．13％。LBT与抗核抗体（ANA），抗ds—DAN抗体对SLE诊断的敏感性相近。SLE伴肾损害组LBT阳性率为90．48％，显著高于SLE不伴肾损害组54．55％。结论：LBT是SLE诊断的一项重要的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the significance of lupus band test(LBT) in diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The results of 32 cases of LBT were retrospectively studied.Results:In SLE,the sensitivity of LBT were 78.13%.The sensitiveity of LBT was not significantly different from that of ANA and anti dsDNA antibody.Of patients with lupus renal lesions 90.48%,which was significantly higher than that of patients without renal lesions(54.55%).Conclusion:LBT is an important auxiliary method in the diagnosis of SLE. |
