高收入青年生殖健康与避孕节育认知、态度、行为及需求调查

目的:了解高收入青年生殖健康与避孕节育知识、态度、行为(KAP)及需求状况,为开展计划生育优质服务提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,在北京、上海、长春、成都、广州、武汉、重庆等7大城市选取21个高收入青年集中的社区,抽取1 472人进行匿名问卷调查。结果:高收入青年对生殖健康、避孕节育的认知水平较低,尤其对口服避孕药和紧急避孕相关知识掌握程度最差,仅10%的对象正确回答相关问题;91.9%的未婚和87.4%的已婚高收入青年认为自已有必要了解相关知识;高收入青年的性观念及性行为较开放,男性的婚前性行为发生率接近60%,其中有33.3%未采取避孕措施,意外妊娠的发生率高达40%;希望获取相关知识的形式的前3位是通过专业网站(31.8%)、发放科普或视频材料(24.9%)和专题讲座(22.3%)。结论:高收入青年对生殖健康避孕节育知识、服务需求强烈,我国应在今后的生殖健康干预工程和计划生育服务中加强对这一人群的咨询、服务的深度和广度。

Survey on the Knowledge, Attitude, Practice and Demands of Reproductive Health and Contraception among High-Income Groups in China
