| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨呼吸机撤机的临床护理措施。方法:掌握撤机指征,加强营养支持,密切观察病情变化,正确撤机。结果:本组撤机过程2~5d,成功撤机45例,1例胸外伤合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者因心衰死亡。结论:选择恰当的撤机时机与撤机方式并做好撤机后气道护理,可有效预防肺部及呼吸道感染,是成功撤机的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore clinical nursing care of the evacuation of respirator. Methods: Grasp the indications, supportive nutrition and close observation were used in the evacuation . Conclusion: Choosing appropriate period and manner, giving tube nursing, preventing infection to reduce pulmonary and respiratory disease are the keys to ensure the evacuation of respirator. Results: The course was 2 to 5 days,45 cases of success, one chest injury merging chronic obstructive pulmonary disease died because of heart failure. |
