开平市1993～2000年应用阿苯哒唑驱虫糖防治肠道线虫感染效果研究

目的 人体寄生虫病是影响人体健康的常见病、多发病之一。根据广东省寄生虫病防治规划要求，探索大规模集体防治肠道线虫病方法，开展本项目研究。方法 第一阶段，1993－1997年在全市中小学校、幼儿园学生中开展每年1次集体服食阿苯哒唑驱虫糖防治肠道虫感染；第二阶段，1998－2000年在全市居民中开展每年1次集体服食阿苯哒唑驱虫糖防治肠道线虫感染。服食驱虫糖前后，分层整群随机抽样以改良加藤氏法等方法粪检，观察防治效果。结果 1993－2000年共有1244317人次服食，学生服食率高达94．0－96．4％，居民服食率达56．0－93．6％。人群肠道线虫感染率由1993年服药前的54．9％降至2000年的6．1％。其中蛔虫由32．7％降至4．6％，钩虫由11．6％降至0．4％，鞭虫由13．6％降至1．7％，蛲虫由14．5％降至2．4％，治愈了32．7万人次，防治效果显著。结论 阿苯哒唑为广谱低毒的防治寄生虫病药物，药糖香甜可口，副反应轻（副反应率3．0％），适合于大规模防治肠道线虫感染。

Using albendazole anti-helminthes sweeties in controlling the nematode infection in Kaiping city between 1993 to 2000

Objective To explore a large-scale control of intestinal nematode infection method. Methods First stage, the albendazole anti-helminthes sweeties were used for the control of intestinal nematode infection once a year among children of kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools from 1993 to 1997 in Kaiping city. Second stage, the sweeties were used for the control of intestinal nematode infection once a year among the citizens from 1998 to 2000.Results The intestinal nematode infection rate dropped from 54.9% in 1993 to 6.1% in 2000; among which, the infection rate of A.lumbricoides, hookworm, E.vermicularis and T.trichuria dropped 32.7%, 11.6%, 13.6% and 14.5% to 4.6%, 0.4%, 1.7% and 2.4% respectively. The controlling effect was striking. Conclusion The albendazole was a board spectrum anti-helminthes drug with low toxicity. The albendazole anti-helminthes sweeties were sweet medicines with low side effect rate (3.0%) and suitable for large-scale prevention of nematode infection.
