失眠对医学院校学生认知功能影响的调查分析

目的探讨失眠对医学院校学生的认知功能的影响。方法应用认知能力筛查量表（Mini-MentalState Examination,MMSI）、数字划销测验（number cancellation test,NCT）和威斯康星卡片分类试验（WisconsinCard Sort Test,WCST-M）对202位具有失眠现象的大学生进行统计学调查研究,另取202名无失眠现象大学生作为对照组进行相同测验,比较二者之间的差异。结果具有失眠现象的大学生MMSI测验在注意力、心算、远时记忆和类聚流畅性4项评分较差,与对照组大学生相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;NCT的各项得分差异也均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;WCST-M测验的错误总数、持续错误数、随机错误数均高于对照组大学生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论失眠在一定程度上影响大学生的认知功能,应在一定程度上引起重视并有针对性的加强健康教育。

The analys about the insomnia to the cognitive function in medical college students

Objective To explore insomnia＇s impact on cognitive function in college students.Methods 202 college students wtih insomnia and other 202 college school students were evaluated with MMSI,NCT and WCST-M.Results The 4-item scores of insomnia students are lower than those of the control group in MMSI,and the difference has statistical significancent（P0.05）.The scores of NCT have statistical significance in total errors and Random errors（P0.05 or P0.01）.The total and persistent and random errors of the former are higher than those of the control group in WCST-M and the difference has statistical significancent（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Insomnia has some affect on college students cognitive function,and it should be to some attention should be paid aiming to enhance health education.
