| 摘 要： | 血脉素用于32例低血容量性休克病人的术前救治,并监测输注前后血压、心率、SPO_2和尿量的变化。发现血脉素用于各种原因引起的低血容量性休克,具有升压效果好、逆转休克症状迅速、维持时间长、使用简单方便、副作用少等优点。对低血容量休克病人,可部分甚至全部代替输全血。

| Abstract: | Thirty - two petients with hypovolumetric shock were treated with haemaccel before operation. Variations of BP, HR, SPO_2 and the quantity of urine were monitored before and during the haemaccel infusion. The results revealed that the haemaccel was superior to other volumetric extenders especially in raising blood pressure, reversing shock, long term main-taince, easy to handle and less side effects. |
