中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变32例临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法：63例患者随机分为治疗组32例与对照组31例。对照组单纯应用西药；治疗组在对照组基础上采用自拟别痛汤辨证加减治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（P2BG）情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为87．50％，对照组为64．52％。两组比较，有显著差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后FBG、P2BG与对照组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著，毒副作用少，值得进一步推广。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of 32 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of integrated Chinese and western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：63 cases were randomized into treatment group（32 cases）and control group（31 cases）. In control group,simple western drug was administrated. In treatment group,Bie Tong Decoction （decoction for removal of pain）was prescribed and modified in accordance with differentiation of syndromes besides the treatment in control group. Clinical therapeutic effect,fasting blood glucose（PBG）,and 2-hour-Post-meal blood glucose（P2BG）were observed in two groups. Results ：The total effective rate was 87.50% in treatment group and was 64.52% in control group, indicating significant difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the significant difference was presented in PBG and P2BG of treatment group comparing with the outcomes in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine is significant on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with less toxic side effects and it is worth to be further promoted.
