囊性肾癌的诊断和治疗

目的:提高对囊性肾癌的认识。方法:对1997~2006年收治的8例囊性肾癌的诊断、治疗、预后等资料进行回顾性分析。结果:术前超声诊断囊性肾癌5例,CT诊断囊性肾癌6例,术中冰冻切片提示恶性肿瘤2例;7例行根治性肾切除术,1例行肾部分切除术;术后病理均为囊性肾透明细胞癌。8例获随访,7例生存至今。结论:囊性肾癌的诊断主要依靠影像学及病理学检查,确诊后应行根治性肾切除术或部分肾切除术。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective:To improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment ofcystic renal cell carcinoma.Methods:From 1997 to 2006,the clinical data including diagonosis,treatment and prognosis in 8 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Before surgery,5 cases were diagnosed as cystic reneal cell carcinoma by ultrasound,6 cases by CT,2 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumor by intraoperative frozen section.Radical nephrectomy was carried out in 7 cases and partial nephrectomy.All the 8 cases were confirmed as cystic renal clear cell carcinoma on pathology.7 of 8 cases were still alive during follow-up duration.Conclusion:Cystic renal cell carcinoma can be diagnosed more accurately with the help of images and pathological examination.Radical nephrectomy and partial nephrectomy should be performed after diagnosis.
