摘    要:目的:考察浓缩丸剂微波干燥灭菌的工艺条件。方法:用L9(3^4)正交实验对其影响因素进行筛选,以外观、水分、溶散时限和微生物限度为指标进行综合评价。结果:最佳操作条件为A3B2C2D3。结论:用于浓缩六味地黄丸的干燥是可行的。

Abstract:Objective:To study the processing conditions of microwave dryness of the concentrated Liuweidihuang Pills.Methods:Using the character, moisture, time limit of dissolve, the limit of microorangonal as quality marker, L 9(3 4) orthogonal experiment is carried out to select the optimal processing conditions.Results:The optimum condition is A 3B 2C 2D 3.Conclusion:This processing condition can be applied in drying this drug.
