儿童抽动障碍的心理教育与行为干预治疗的研究进展

摘    要:抽动障碍(TD)是一类起病于儿童和青少年期,以运动抽动和/或发声抽动为主要特征的神经发育障碍。TD的病因及发病机制尚不明确,目前认为是遗传、生物、心理和环境因素共同作用所致。心理教育与行为干预和药物治疗是目前TD的主要治疗方法,为进一步了解TD的治疗方法,该文对TD的心理教育及行为干预方法等进行了综述。

Abstract:Tic disorders (TD) are a group of neurodevelopmental disorders that are characterized by motor and/or vocal tics in children and adolescents. The etiology and pathogenesis of TD remain unclear, and it is believed to be caused by a combination of genetic, biological, psychological, and environmental factors. The major treatment for TD includes psychoeducation, behavioral intervention, and drug treatment. To further explore the management of TD, this article reviews the research advances in psychoeducation and behavioral intervention for patients with TD.
