P504S在结直肠癌中的表达及其意义

目的研究P504S在结直肠癌(CRC)、结直肠上皮内肿瘤(CRIN)和正常结直肠黏膜中的表达及其意义。方法收集30例癌旁正常黏膜、30例CRIN和221例CRC,应用免疫组织化学方法检测P504S在各组中的表达。结果P504S在正常结直肠黏膜、CRIN、CRC中的表达率依次上升,分别为6.7%、46.7%和69.7%,各组间比较均有显著性差异(p<0.01);P504S在CRC高中分化组和低分化组表达率分别为76.3%和43.2%,两组间有显著性差异(p<0.01);P504S在CRC的Duke’s分期A期、B期、C期、D期阳性表达率分别为59.4%、74.4%、68.8%和71.4%,四组间比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论P504S在CRC的发生过程中具有一定作用,可作为结直肠肿瘤的新的肿瘤分子标志物。

EXPRESSIONS OF P504S IN COLORECTAL CANCER AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Objective P504S study in eolorectal cancer （CRC）, coloreetal intraepithelial neoplasia （CRIN） and normal colorectal mucosa and its significance. Methods Collected 30 cases of carcinoma and adjacent normal mucosa,30 cases of CRIN and 221 cases of CRC, the application of immunohistochemical methods at the group P504S expression. Results P504S in normal colorectal mucosa,CRIN,CRC in order to express the rate of rise,respectively,6. 7% ,46.7% and 69.7% ,compared among the three groups were significantly different （p 〈0. 01 ） ; P504S differentiation in the CRC group and the Senior poorly differentiated expression rates were 76. 3% and 43.2% ,between the two groups were significantly different （p 〈0. 01 ） ; P504S in the CRC of Duke＇ s stages A phase, B phase, C period, D period of positive expression rates were 59. 4 % ,74. 4% ,68. 8% and 71.4%, compmed four groups there is significant difference （p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion P504S in the occurrence of CRC has a certain role in the process. Colorectal Cancer as a new tumor molecular markers,but at low expression in poorly differentiated CRC.
