| Abstract: | A 62-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of right flank pain. Abdominal computed tomographic scan revealed a right hydronephrosis and intrapelvic tumor. Ultrasound revealed a renal mass lesion. Ultrasound guided renal biopsy and laparotomy of intrapelvic tumor was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma and ureteral transitional cell carcinoma. |
