彩色超声引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检的临床价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨彩色超声引导下乳腺肿块穿刺活检的临床价值。方法采用Bard可调式自动活检枪,16G切割活检针,实时彩色超声监视,每个病灶取材2~4次。结果105例乳腺实性占位性病变,共112个病灶,80例获手术病理,怀疑恶性2例,不符1例,假阴性2例,诊断敏感性95.2%(100/105),诊断准确率达97.1%(102/105)。结论彩色超声引导下对乳腺病变进行穿刺活检,与手术切除病理诊断有很强的一致性,且副作用少,简单安全,成本低,容易被患者接受,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of needle biopsy on breast mass guided by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods 2-4 biopsy-sample were obtained for each lesion under real-time monitoring of color Doppler ultrasonography with Bard automatic biopsy gun and 16G coaxial cutting needle. Results Biopsy of total 112 lesions was performed in 105 cases of breast solid spaceoccupying mass. 80 cases with breast mass were operated after biopsy and examined by pathology. 2 cases were suspected malignant. Among them 1 case was inconsistent and 2 cases were false negative. The diagnostic sensitivity was 95.2% (100/105), and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.1% (102/105). Conclusion The result of needle biopsy on breast mass guided by color Doppler ultrasonography has good consistency with surgical pathology.
