| 摘 要： | 目的观察2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者踝臂指数（ABI）与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法 88例行冠状动脉造影术或介入治疗的T2DM患者测定ABI,观察ABI与冠状动脉病变Gensini评分的相关性。结果 ABI与Gensini评分呈显著负相关,严重病变组与轻度病变组、无病变组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 T2DM患者ABI与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈负相关,有助于预测冠状动脉病变的严重程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between the ankle-brachial index（ABI） and the coronary pathological changes of patients with type 2 diabetes（T2DM）.Methods The ABI of 88 patients with T2DM underwent coronary arteriography or interventional therapy was detected and the relationship between the ABI and Gensini scoring of coronary pathological changes was observed.Result The ABI was obvious negatively correlated with the Gensini scoring.There was a statistical difference（P〈0.01） comparing the severe group with the light pathological group and the non-pathological group.Conclusion It help to predict the severity of coronary pathological changes that the ABI was negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery narrowing in patients with T2DM. |
