幽门螺杆菌阳性患者对健康教育内容需求的调查与对策

目的了解幽门螺杆菌阳性患者对健康教育内容的需求,并提出针对性对策。方法采用自行设计调查问卷的形式对121例Hp阳性的门诊患者进行调查。结果幽门螺杆菌阳性患者对健康教育内容：用药指导、有关Hp疾病知识、心理指导、传播途径及预防措施、饮食指导、生活方式指导平均需求率相当高,达88.8%～96.5%,特别年龄大、农村居民、文化程度低的患者。结论通过对健康教育需求的调查,采取一系列针对有效的措施,促进患者配合根治Hp,防止Hp传播,提高疾病治愈率具有积极意义。

Survey of and strategy for th demand of health education on helicobacter pylori(HP) positive patients

Objective To investigate the demand of health education on helicobacter pylori（HP） positive patients and strategy for this demand. Methods self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate 121 patients with helicobacter pylori positive status. Results The demand of health education in the study was very high concerning medication guideline, HP information, psychological instruction, HP spread and prevention, dietary recommendation, lifestyle intervention （ demand rates range from 88.8% to 96. 5% ） , especially on elderly , rural residents and bad educated. Conclusions By conducting the survey , we could apply a strategy to promote the patients compliance in order to cure and prevent the spread of HP with significant clinical outcome.
