| 摘 要： | 目的 观察阿斯匹林在体外对小鼠乳腺癌细胞株有无确切的抑制作用。方法 将小鼠乳腺癌细胞株（ＨＣ－１１）与不同浓度的阿斯匹林共同培养，于培养后２４、４８、７２小时分别作细胞计数，并计算ＩＣ５０。结果 阿斯匹林对ＨＣ－１１有明确的生长抑制作用，且此作用与阿斯匹林的用量呈明显正相关。结论 提示阿斯匹林在乳腺癌的化学预防方面有一定的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe inhibition of aspirine to mice mammary cancer cells(HC 11).Methods The HC 11 was incubated with aspirine of different concentration. The number of cells were counted at 24hs, 48hs and 72hs were calculated IC50 respectively.Results Aspirine had a clear inhibited to HC 11 growing. A concentration dependent reduction in the HC 11 number was ovserved in response to aspirine treatment.Conclusion Aspirine can be used as preventive medicine in mammary cancer. |
