负压封闭引流技术加中药治疗对创面肉芽组织生长的影响

目的:通过临床研究探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)加中药治疗对创面肉芽组织生长的影响,并初步阐明其作用机理。方法:将30例患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组为VSD加中药组15例,对照组为VSD组15例。比较2组的创面肉芽生长情况,测定经治疗后1、3、5、7d创面渗出液IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的水平,评估疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组在创面肉芽生长方面相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α方面均表现为细胞因子水平升高,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VSD加中药治疗对创面修复具有有利的影响,中药在创面肉芽组织生长方面具有重要作用,其机理可能为促进IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的水平的上调。

Effects of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technology plus Herbal Treatment on the Growth of Granulation Tissue

Objective： To evaluate the effects of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technology plus herbal treatment on the growth of granulation tissue through clinical research, and to preliminarily explore its mechanism. Methods： All 30 patients were divided into trial group （VSD plus herbal） and control group （VSD）, 15 cases in each groups. The growth of granulation tissue was compared between the two groups, and the levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α of transudate of wound were de tected 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after treatment. Results： The growth of granulation tissue was statistical difference between the trial group and control group （P〈0. 05）. The cell factors such as IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α were elevated, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： The VSD plus herbal treatment is beneficial for wound repairing; herbal can play an important role in the growth of wound granulation tissue, for it can promote the levels of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α.
