| 摘 要： | 目的:筛选出醋酸曲安奈德搽剂的有效抗氧剂,以提高制剂的稳定性。方法:设计7种不同抗氧剂组合,以不含抗氧剂的原制剂溶液为对照,通过影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验,分别考察搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德的含量、pH及外观颜色,优选出最优抗氧剂组合。结果:以含0.25%的维生素E油,0.1%的柠檬酸的搽剂中醋酸曲安奈德含量、pH及外观颜色变化均较其他7份处方小,稳定性最好。结论:0.25%的维生素E油与0.1%的柠檬酸抗氧剂组合为醋酸曲安奈德搽剂的优选抗氧剂。
