| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨广谱抗肿瘤药阿霉素在不同剂量下对脑胶质瘤术后局部化疗的疗效及安全性。方法:对显微镜下切除的脑胶质瘤共44例在术灶垫以含有5 mg阿霉素的明胶海绵3～5块,留置Ommaya泵的导管开端置于瘤腔内。术后6周开始由Ommaya泵应用阿霉素局部化疗。化疗剂量:A组:每次5 mg;B组:每次2.5 mg。每隔8周重复使用,最长持续36个月。结果:2组在12,24及36个月的生存率方面比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);B组在局部化疗后出现的头部发热、恶心、头痛、呕吐等并发症的发生率方面明显低于A组(P>0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤术后阿霉素局部化疗剂量对化疗并发症有明显影响。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effectiveness of broad-spectrum antineoplastic drug adriamycin which was use to local chemotherapy following intracranial gliomas postoperative in differernt dosage conditions.
