| 摘 要： | 目的:研究鹿瓜多肽注射液对大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化的影响。方法:体外分离、培养SD大鼠成骨细胞,CCK-8法检测成骨细胞增殖活性;碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性试剂盒检测成骨细胞ALP活性比;逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测成骨细胞Ⅰ型胶原(Col1α1)、骨钙素(Bglap)及Runx-2的表达水平。结果:鹿瓜多肽注射液干预成骨细胞3d,发现鹿瓜多肽注射液组成骨细胞活性较对照组明显增强(P<0.05);在鹿瓜多肽注射液干预细胞后第8天时,鹿瓜多肽注射液组成骨细胞ALP活性较对照组明显增加(P<0.05);鹿瓜多肽注射液组成骨细胞骨钙素及Runx-2表达均较对照组明显增强。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液能显著促进成骨细胞发育成熟。
