| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方盐酸利多卡因在锁骨骨折手术中的麻醉效果。方法:锁骨骨折行切开复位内固定患者312例,分为3组,分别用复方盐酸利多卡因、甲磺酸罗哌卡因、盐酸利多卡因进行区域阻滞,观察麻醉效果,记录麻醉分级。结果:复方盐酸利多卡因用于锁骨骨折麻醉满意度高,效果确切。结论:复方盐酸利多卡因用于锁骨骨折区域阻滞具有起效快,扩散广,麻醉维持时间长,费用低,不良反应小的优点,值得临床推广应用。
