| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸对兔激素性股骨头坏死的治疗作用,探讨其作用机理。方法：选择马血清与甲基强的松龙造成兔激素性股骨头坏死模型,设立空白对照组（A）、动物模型组（B）、中成药组（C）、针灸治疗组（D）,测定其血中局部组织血流量（RBF）、骨钙素（BGP）,同时取骨在电镜下进行常规病理检查及超微结构观察。结果：此法造模成功,动物模型组与空白对照组比较,局部组织血流量含量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,电针能够降低血清BGP含量（P〈0.05）,抑制激素对股骨头的骨小梁和骨细胞的损害。结论：电针可改善股骨头局部组织血流量;有抑制骨细胞凋亡,使钙盐沉积程度增加,促进骨形成的作用。从而达到治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用。
