| 摘 要： | 目的:比较分析在DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中,使用不同方法处置股骨小转子的临床疗效。方法:回顾63例股骨粗隆间骨折合并股骨小转子骨折的患者行DHS治疗,其中对股骨小转子行钢丝或螺钉固定31例(A组)、未行股骨小转子固定32例(B组)。比较2组术中出血量、手术时间和随访时Sanders髋关节创伤股骨粗隆间骨折的评定标准评分结果,并进行临床和统计学分析。结果:随访时间10～23个月(平均13个月),A、B2组术式的优良率分别为93.5%和93.8%,2组优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同方法处置股骨小转子在DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中的远期疗效比较差异无统计学意义。
