生脉成骨胶囊对激素性股骨头坏死髋周骨髓基质干细胞ALP和BGP的影响

摘    要:目的:通过研究生脉成骨胶囊对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的股骨和髂骨的间充质细胞的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和骨钙素(BGP)的变化,探讨其对髂、股骨骨髓干细胞成骨能力的影响。方法:将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型组、生脉成骨预防用药组、阿仑磷酸钠治疗组、丹郁骨康治疗组、生脉成骨治疗纽,除空白对照纽外,其余大鼠腹腔注射醋酸泼尼松龙,建立激素性股骨头坏死动物模型。造模成功后,各组给予相应的药物或生理盐水进行灌胃。取其股骨及髂骨,收集骨髓细胞悬液进行成骨细胞诱导培养,分别用ELISA法测定ALP、BGP的含量。结果:空白对照组、生脉成骨预防用药组、阿仑磷酸钠治疗组、丹郁骨康治疗组、生脉成骨治疗组股骨髂骨的ALP、BGP,含量均显著高于模型组(P〈0.05),丹郁骨康治疗组的股骨和髂骨,以及生脉成骨治疗组的股骨ALP含量显著高于阿仑磷酸钠治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论:生脉成骨胶囊可以促进激素性股骨头坏死大鼠模型的股骨、髂骨间充质细胞碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素合成,在促进成骨细胞分化成熟方面上显著高于阿仑磷酸钠片。初步认为生脉成骨胶囊治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的作用机理与促进成骨细胞的分化成熟程度以及提高成骨细胞骨蛋白的分泌速度有关。
